Hi, I’m Brad Dodd! I’m the proud owner of Brad Dodd Training, established in September 2023. I’m a Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer, Level 3 GP Exercise Referral Specialist and additional further Qualifications in Premenopausal and Post Menopausal in exercise in strategy and Nutrition. With a deep passion for helping people achieve their fitness and wellbeing goals.
Alongside my personal training qualifications and many more others, I bring over 6 years of experience working with adults with learning disabilities, giving me a well-rounded, empathetic, and inclusive approach to my coaching.
I work with a wide range of clients, from complete beginners to experienced gym-goers and every plan I create is tailored to the individual’s specific goals, lifestyle, and routine. Whether you’re looking to build strength, lose fat, improve mobility, or simply feel more confident in your own skin, I’m here to support and guide you every step of the way.

I have been in the fitness industry for over 10 years, and I have not looked back since.
Since the age of 8, physical activity has played a big part in my life. In 2015, I started going to the gym regularly and I noticed changes appearing in my life, such as better choices, structure, and an improved physique.
In 2019, I competed in my first natural bodybuilding season and i competed in two shows.
Since then, I’ve competed for the second season in 2022 and placed 2nd in the first show at the UKDFBA Heart of England, then at the UKDFBA British and European championships finals, I placed in the top 5!
With Over 10+ years of training experience, I help both male and female clients create the best version of themselves, ensuring they fulfil their potential and learn along the way of the process.
